I went to log in and I entered my name and password. It immediately went to the screen saying that I had exceeded my login tries and I needed to also put in a confirmation code that was shown in the picture. It took me 5 tries to get the confirmation code correct, it was almost impossible to read.

But the main question is why did my login go straight to the exceeded code when my password was correct the first time?

Anyone else have this problem?
