Once I have successfully loaded this file and added the material I want to use. Control nesting wants to nest the part 90 degrees to what I am expecting. In other words, the length of the material is running along the y-axis instead of the X. This is problematic as the length of the part exceeds the table parameters. Im sure the dxf file has the piece oriented correctly. Any ideas on settings that may cause this?

Have you tried nesting it in the Y direction?

Sure have with the same result. I ended up solving the problem by turning off any grain direction in my material,but I still dont understand why the part was rotated. The grain should be oriented vertically (x) shouldnt it.

This would be good to send to Thermwood to get their take on it. Since this is a CNC issue it would be best to post this on the Thermwood 3-Axis Machinery forum where Ryan and Daniel keep pretty close tabs on these posts and they can give you good advice on this.
