Good morning,
Trying to track down some issues with this file.....
EB on labels for all slab doors and drawer fronts still does not come through to the labels properly, the materials all print as "generic" on the label regardless of what edgebanding is really applied to the door or drawer front.
There are some parts which have "none" printed on the label, but there is a diagram noting edgebanding.
There are also some parts which have "none" printed on the label, but looking at the parts in the cabinet editor, they are supposed to be banded.
Well, actually there are so many problems with these labels, I could bore you with the whole list of issues, but why not just take a look at the attached printout.....
Also export and job file is attached.
Any help would be very much appreciated, especially the edgebanding for the doors and drawer fronts.
Any other info you need please don't hesitate to ask and I'll get you what you need.
If i take your job as is and create the twd file and nest it, the labels are indeed incorrect. If i take the assembly from the batch area into the cabinet/assembly area and then highlight each cabinet one at a time, and force a rebuild, then resave to the batch, all labels come in correct. I would assume that you are adding the edgebanding last to these cabinets and are not forcing a final rebuild right before saving them. Give this a try and let me know if this corrects the issue.
Hi Daniel,
I did not create the job, it was sent by a client. I don't know the order of his operations - but I can ask.
Did you get labels to print with the correct edgebanding for the doors and drawer fronts as well?
That one has been broken for a very long time, not just on this job. Maybe I'm doing something else wrong?
