Face frame cutlist not working

Hey folks - I rarely cut face frames, which is why this is only becoming apparent now - am I missing something in the cutlist for solid stock? It will give me the "linear inches" of material, but not actual cutting lengths. Is the "stick length" supposed to be the actual cut length of the piece - because all my stick lengths are the length of the raw stock. This looks more like a list for purchasing stock only, not an actual cutlist. Can someone give me a hand here? I'll attach a pdf of the cutlist.
