I've been trying to add full overlay slab doors to this cabinet so they will mimic pocket doors. I would like the doors to go from the left side of the cabinet to the right side of the cabinet. The door editor is forcing me to put the doors between the two vertical partitions.
Is there a way to get the door editor to let me use the cabinet left and right as my opening for the doors?

Is this what you are trying to do? If so you need to open the job and use the menu that opens on the right side of the screen. Use the Door/Drawer tab. Simply select door you want and type in the size. Create door and then move into place. Hope this is what you were wanting.
Another suggestion is to use the "Stretcher Editor" to add to vertical stretchers instead of using actual partitions. The stretchers will not be "seen" by the "Door/Drawer Editor" and you can place your doors right across the entire opening.
Using stretchers has the added benefit of being able to fix their distance from the end gable, so any overall cabinet width adjustments will not mess things up.

With that said, the ability to edgeband the stretchers and the option to have the door editor recognize or not recognize the stretcher would really enhance the software, or at least be able to lock in a fixed shelf the way you can lock in a stretcher..
