Plumbing Cutouts

why was the plumbing (utility) cutout feature never enabled. I see it listed in versions 1 - 4 and then it disappears.
I always place the plumbing in my layout drawings and now that I am cutting on the router it would be great if they marked the locations or cut them out.
Did the plumbing cutouts go the way of the snap marker.(another useful tool thrown in the junk pile) :D
