Top to Stretch - Dado cut on wrong side

Hi guys,

Here are 2 cabinets that looked good up until they were cut. In both situations the TOP had s stretch blind dado'd to it. When cut, the dado was on the opposite side than what it should have been.

Can someone take a look at these for me?

Looked.....can't find a probelm?
I have not written any code for it to reverse plot and see what happens though....
maybe this afternoon I'll have a chance to look further into it...

Thanks Josh! Everything looked normal until we cut it. Interesting that it happened on 2 different cabinets involving a Top to Stretcher blind dado construction.

Yep it's a strange one indeed.
Hope TWD can shed some light on it, and I also hope it doesn't bite me anytime soon...there are just too many things that need fixing in this software right now; the broken list just keeps getting longer and longer!!

I reported something like that in the beta forum. Scott knows about it and mentioned it's going to be fixed in the next release. Mine was a full dado that looked good in eCabinets but was cut on the opposite side on the machine

I also had similar problem with a deck dadoing into a partition rather than an end. Part looked great in Ecab, but dado was put on wrong side of partition in control nesting. I think adjusting the thickness of the material is what confused the software, because when i sent it out as is without changing thickness i had no problem. Sorry you're having this issue, but I feel better knowing maybe its more than just my incompetence with Ecabinets !
