Circles can be done 1 of three ways. First, it can be drilled. Second, it can be interpolated. Third, it can be pocketed.
Kerry, if the code is putting out a z-.733 and the Zshift is .73, then the actual material thickness should not matter because a -.73 is at the bottom of your material. If the code looks like that, then it means that the drill being used is not measured correctly.
My Z shift is at .730 so I will look at tool measurement.
The 1/8" drill was measured just before this job. Maybe it slipped in the collet. (It must have moved immediately as none of the holes penetrated) I can't check it as I have to remove it after I am done. I can double check the 1/4" tool used for the shelf pin holes though.
