Anyone see this. It's a roll out pantry that I've been losing my shirt on. Redrew the cabinet and ordered in the extra material to cut it punch it out. Material came in fat the first time and the twd thickness change was a disaster.
Having redrawn it with newly created material ( from mic'ed material sitting in front of machine) I went and nested the .76 Baer prefinished. Rafix holes are going nuts. Spotted it in the E cab nest. Holes showing up doubled.
Nested the TWD in the SB link and it does the same thing. Tried air cutting to make sure it wasn't just a poor graphic display from software and the machine not only drills overlapping rafix holes but drills some of the hole 2-3x.
I'm dropping the Rafix off the shelf and will bore them off on the drill press to get the job done. Just thought I'd share, possibly spare, someone the time/bread. The more I try Rafix in the Link the more crazy it gets. It might be coming from the stretchers. They've been trouble, too.
Changed the joinery from original blind dado to butt on stretchers since the first cabinet got the dado pockets cut on wrong side of part. No word on what was up with that yet. I think TW is aware of it. Maybe they'll respond here.

Re: Smore Luvin
Errr.... alright maybe it's my program. Reloaded it and found there was a duplicate cabinet for each one making a total of four cabinets! Tried moving one away from another and found there was a copy of it. Same for the other cabinet.
Deleted the extra cabs (how they were duplicated i dont know) and went to nest it.Still double rafix holes. Don't know if the extra cabs were added by changing the Quantity of the assembly to 2 in the batch.

Re: Smore Luvin
Tim,
Open your assembly in the cabinet/Assembly Editor
double click the left cabinet to select it
Open construction settings
Click OK and exit construction settings
After the cabinet rebuilds it is fine.

Whoops!,
Should have responded sooner. Thanks Kerry. I went ahead and changed the joint detail back to butt joints. Went in and re-added the kd-rta joints where needed and it nested, cut fine. Could have saved myself some time if I had done as you suggested.
