Problem with KD/RTA hardware not appearing

Attached is a cabinet I'm working on along with a drawer box that goes in to it. I can select the dbx no problem. I can add drawers no problem. But when I look at the cabinet in MAIN all of the KD fastener milling disappears on the dbx's. The rest of the cabinet is fine. When I select the dbx as the defaul when in the door/drawer editor/dbx editor, everything seems to be ok.

I've added the dbx to other less complicated cabinets (1 drawer, 1 door) and and the milling for the KD fasteners shows up fine.

Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

As an update, I add the same exact drawer box to the attached cabinet and it works just fine.
