Do we still need the E Cab CD to load into Windows 7?
I am starting with a clean install to my laptop.
Already downloaded the new build and have received a new code from the regenerrator.

No, you do not need or want to use the old CD at all (that was true from the beginning of Version 6). You also do not have to do anything special when running the install.
