From the picture I cant tell what the problem is. Can you post the cabinet that has the problem and give a more detailed explanation of what problem you are seeing? What is exactly wrong with the marks?

See the new image. This is one end of the cabinet and blue marks are holes to mount the slide dbx. Numbers are the positions of holes, but they are printed one over another.

Sorry, currently these numbers can overlap each other when operations are close. There is not a setting available that can modify this behavior.
