Restore CD's

How do I get a copy of restore CD's for my machine.

I checked there is no CD.

I'm not sure then. We must have made our own or maybe the tech did when he set the machine up. forrest

Not sure what company you are with, so I do not know if your machine is new, older, or purchased used, etc. However, the restore CD or DVD is packed in a separate box with the electronics (such as the harddrive, HHP, camera, headset) when the machine is shipped to the customer and will be in a large marked envelope within this box. The tech will give it to the person in charge and will recommend to keep it inside the control cabinet (there is typically a pouch inside for storage of this and electrical prints). Some will choose to put it in an office or other storage location, and we leave this up to them. If the machine was used, then hopefully they came along from the previous owner.
