Well tool naming appears to be working correctly. I also specified a pocketing tool by name and it called that tool versus the other pocketing tools that were set up, so this is actually a good thing as far as I can tell. If I've got one pocket that I want to happen with a specific tool and no cleanup then I'm good to go.
