Grouping parts

I'm wondering if anyone has fond a way to include end panels with the 'Group Parts' feature.
I have a job that will be contemporary styling that has all slab door and drawer fronts with the grain (rift sawn maple) running horizontal thru out the cabinet fronts. It looks like we cant group parts between cabinets even if the cabinets are part of an assembly?
It also doesn't seem possible to include a display door as part of the grouping of doors and drawer front slabs within a cabinet grouping? I have finished end panels that would need to have the grain continue thru them.

Wondering if anyone has found an efficient work around or do you find it more efficient to layout the ddors and drawers in amother program to get it done?

Hey Tim, we do allot of flat panel, and mitering. We found using Autocad for the layouts to be the most efficient use of time.
