Unrecognized database format

Hi there, Ecabinets has started grinding to a halt on start up with the following error - Unrecognized database format "C:'programdata\thermwood\ecabinet systems\local store\LocalStore.mdb'.
I've tried the suggested fix already on this forum (in fact I've completely uninstalled the software and started again from scratch) and I'm still having the problem. I've also turned my Kasperski internet security software off - still didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions? Paul
