I just want to cut out a finger slot on top of this drawer box front. I have attached 2 pics. One from Constraint manager and the other is my issue. BTW, the issue happens on both sides. The 1/2" bit travels straight but cuts down before cutting the arc. I used circles and a rectangle to cut through using part editor. Any advice? Baffled!

Are you using any material groups with tabs?

Set your tool to .499" in the tool manager. Forrest

No, just default group
