Why cant I see the build 11 on the link

Why cant I see the build 11 on the link
Ok I saw the time extension download at work today so I downloaded it for my work computer when I got home I went to the downloaded link on my home computer clicked on the link and the only available downloaded is build 10 . I Just downloaded build 10 on my home computer yesterday. I got the codes and all as per protocol. Will the downloaded that I saved to my work computer work on my home computer and why doesn't the new computer bring up the current version when I click on the link.
