Nest Results
Why when we nest material in Ecabs, it never ends up as being as good as the nest the controller does. I.E. the nest on ecabs will always show more material used than what it will actually nest on the controller. Very annoying when it might run just into say 6 sheets and we then have to go to the controller and it can do it in 5 sheets. The cost of having the controller software on one of the PCs upstairs is overkill.

Re: Nest Results
I played around with the true shape settings until I got acceptable results. For example at the machine our settings are generally 1/8 " collar and 1/2" between parts. So in eCabinets I set the true shape cutter to be 1 inch and the collar to 1/8"
The number of sheets are usually the same.
