eCabinets not responding after trying to edit material A side, not sure how to fix the issue…

Olli,

First, update your graphics card driver to the latest available. If you still have the issue after you verify you have the latest driver installed and you are running an Intel graphics card, then go to Settings/Preferences and check on the option "Use Hoops Double Buffering". You will have to close eCabSys and re-launch it to fully activate this option. Try these things and see if it helps. If not, please let us know what graphics card you have in your PC. Also, after you get the crash, please go directly to the Windows Event Viewer {Start, Right-Click on Computer, select Manage (wait for dialog), Expand the Event Viewer tree, then Windows Logs, then select Application (wait for it to populate)} and give us all the details of the newest error listed (double click to open the error).
