I have ben trying to download the new update every time I click on the link I get page not found.

What link are you clicking on? Are you in an email or on the ecabinetsystems.com website? All seem to function for me right now. You may try clearing your browser history and trying again.

Hi Scott.
I am on eCabinets Web site I tried to download this morning from my home computer and again at work on a different computer. I deleted my browsing history but I still get the same thing.

Not sure what to say here other than there must be something on your side that is blocking the site { http://downloads.thermwood.com } or the .exe it is try to download. Try setting it to a trusted domain/location as well.

I am having the same problem downloading the update
when I click on the thermwood link this is the screen I get : Oops! Internet Explorer could not find downloads.thermwood.com

Did you mean: thermwood.com

I have tried on every computer that I can get my hands on and for some reason it will not display the page. 4 different systems 2 different providers and the same results.

It looks like it is working now. When I first went home the link would not work. Now, it works. There was some kind of DNS problem. (DNS translate a web address to an ip address)
