no hardware on flash drive

built a kitchen on ecab on my laptop.saved to flash drive.inserted flash drive into q core and loaded said kitchen on qcore ecab.printed cost sheets....I then noticed a price drop from prices on laptop.it was the hardware.i just wonder y the hardware was not recognized by qcore ecab or why it wasn't transferred onto flash drive?do I need to reenter all my hardware onto qcore ecab program or is there a faster route??

You can use the backup/restore feature in eCabinets to copy your settings from your laptop to the qcore

I have a usb cord from my laptop to my qcore.i go to backup/restore ,I see where u can select a backup directory,but not sure where qcore is or what its called.its an external hard drive I understand but what do I select as my directory?
