Tool Measuring Program

Our company has a Thermwood CS-40 3 Axis at one of our locations & we are having trouble with locating the tool measuring program. They had to reset the machine to its factory settings recently & this has been one headache after another. The machine in question is using Windows 2000 Professional, which is far outdated as we all know. Anyhow, I know very little about the Thermwood machines & was told that some of the guys/gals on this site might be able to assist me with this. I am not sure what all information we will need but I can get whatever necessary. Thank you in advance!

Jeff. If you have not done so already you should contact Thermwood. You will probably have to give them the machine model number and serial number. They should have the machine info on file. I am sure they can help.
