Convex Face Frame Cabinet

I woke up last night with the solution to drawing curved face frames in eCabinets. The funny thing was, I haven't been trying to do this. It just popped into my head. I will try a concave next.

Nice Kerry. Did you use display boards, cubes or panel? We did something similar awhile back. I was able to contact Dan Epps and he sent me his video that he made on how to make the doors also.

That is an actual face frame.

Cool! Could you elaborate on how you accomplished this? Unless I am missing something I did not think that you could use different thickness materials for face frames.

That is exactly it. Create a face frame material with a thickness equal to the rise of your frame arc then create a tool to shape the parts.

The box will certainly nest and cut fine. The face frame parts would be just straight cuts in 6" material. I would need to create the curved mid rails in the part editor if I wanted to nest them.
