You should either contact us at CNC Automation OR email cabinets@thermwood.com with your reset request.

The forum areas are not always the best method to use when a quick response is required to a specific issue.

I sent an email to Thermwood and they replied that your Code Generator account should be reset. Please go and try to request a new code...

Thanks to Mike @ Thermwood's software support department, Denis' Code Generator Account was reset and he now has his new code. (He was starting to go through eCabinet Systems withdrawal. )
