Can't open program

Can't open program
When I try to open ecabinets I get the message ( DAO exception thrown: Unrecognized database format 'c:\programdata\thermwood\ecabinetsystems\LocalStore\LocalStore.mdb'. ). I downloaded the latest Version, 6-17 and it seemed to do that fine but still can't open. Any advice would be appreciated.
