Online Traning

I recently singed up for eCabinets online training videos. I could be happier, great resource and great price.

Now on to my question. I've been using the training videos on my desk top computer and all works fine. I also have eCabnets on my laptop. When I try to login in on my laptop (to view the videos ) the system will not let me. Is this by design or am I making some kind of error?
