If it could be implemented so that the added offfall sheets show the offfall number on the printed nest diagrams, it would sure be awesome. For example, instead of saying "3/4 Plywood (Added 1)", it could say "3/4 Plywood (Offfall 123456789 Added 1)... this would sure save me personally a lot of time, especially in the (often occuring) case where a job has to be re-nested after the nest sheets are printed and all the offfall loaded again.
True, but...but... okay, I can barely read my own handwriting.
Hey, where've you been anyway? I've called and texted a few times, did you change phone numbers on me? Don't make me act like a psycho girlfriend, here....
To clarify, here's what I mean: I've attached a picture of an offfall label (the number is -774444477) and the corresponding nest printout from Control Nesting. See where I added in the number from the offfall label? That would be super handy.
After a conversation with the programmer, it looks like we will be able to implement this in the next version. In addition, we are going to have it be included in the on screen instructions when loading a sheet as well.
It would be nice to include the barcode also.
We usually peel off the label after loading the sheet and stick it on the print out. This way if the sheet has been cut and the job needs to be re nested we can just scan the codes again in the same order.
