When I open rolling nest on our controller, I get a thm crypt error. Could you please post or e-mail the fix for this problem.

thmcrypt error
Bill,
There is an executable file on your Control called thmcrypt.exe. It will be on the C drive of the control. If you don't see it, try doing a search for it. After you locate the file close the THM software and double click on the utiltity and then re-open the THM software. If you can't locate the file, give us a call at 800-221-3865 and we will make other arrangements.
