downloading libraries

I am trying to download libraries but get code 1334.
Have not used software since 3.0
downloaded 6.1 on a laptop with windows 7.
starting all over but do not know how to draw a cab. do you have to select a cab from library and then modify it or can you just draw one? my library is empty.
ehat I want to do is draw a 6 ft tall garage cab, 24' deep with face frame of 2' on dides, 3' on top and 2-3/8 on bottom. made fron 5/8 melamine. 2 shelves of 3/4 particle board with metal standards and adj clips. toe kick 4" recessed 5/8' behind bottom rail..

can someone get me pointed in the right direction please.

when I went to the download page it has a note about the error 1334, follow the instructions to download the visual C file
