Stretcher editor problem?

I go into stretcher editor
Select a stretcher
Go into Adjust Stretcher
Click on Done
Return back to stretcher editor

Cabinet is not being restored when I come back from adjusting the stretcher.

Cabinet file attached as well as screen shot of what I'm talking about.

I can see no problems on my system with this cabinet. Mabie a graphics issue?

Whenever I have these types of problems the first thing I do is make sure my video driver is up to date per the video card manufacturer. Mine is up to date. So not sure what is going on.
