Issues updating Qcore SuperControl Software

We have tried to update our Qcore but we keep getting an error dialogue. "The machine data drive could not be found. This installation requires the drive to be attached. Attach the drive and restart the installation or contact Thermwood for assistance." I have emailed Thermwood but in the mean time just wondering if someone can shed some light on this.
