Face frame editor missing Mid Float

Face frame editor missing Mid Float
For some reason when turning on the face frames (either in construction setting or the Face Frame Editor) the mid rail float function doesn't appear. Whats wrong?

Ted,
Mid rail float has been replaced by Associations. You can associate a shelf or partition from both the shelf and partition editor and face frame editor. This way when a mid rail or mid stile is moved, the shelf or partition moves with it.
