Have found it difficult to find a person to do cabinet detailing based in my home town, pop about 30,000
Have found a person trained in drafting who is keen to take on the position.
The difficulty is lack of cabinet experience and living remotely from our work location.Too far to travel to our workshop.
I was wondering if anyone else who is using Ecabinets has the programmer in a remote location?
If you do, how do you handle the explanation of custom jobs as that is our main line of work? We don’t do a great deal of copycat builders work. We do some commercial which is then dictated by the architects plans on how the cabinets should be. Our main thrust is custom kitchens based on our clients renovated homes.
Any input from ecabinet users even if you don’t have this situation on how would you handle it.
Regards
Neville

Re: remote staff member
Hard to teach someone in the shop. Not sure how you will teach them remotely. Ecabs video training will help some and would be worth the money.
