Id use the virtual service, but since I work 3rd shift I dont really have that opportunity.
Do we have to have a technician come out to add inputs/outputs to the board for electric air valves, vaccum, etc...

Aaron,
If there is room on the input/output board you can wire into it as needed. If you do not have any openings on the board for what you are wanting to do, typically an additional board can be retrofitted to the machine.
You can email the guys here at service@thermwood.com with what you are wanting to do and the serial number of your machine and they should be able to help you with what you are wanting to do will work. Since you are on third shift, they will email you back when they get in at around 7:30 AM CST.
