opening databases

I have a CS43, has worked flawlessly, we did a software upgrade via the internet yesterday. Loaded a cutlist file created from ecabinets, it loaded the first time as normal, noticed some items needing to be changed, went back to ecabinets modified the file, and loaded that onto the router from a flash drive, everything was loading as normal, then the screen froze in the nesting software before it made a nest, with a window saying "loading databases" I have seen this many times, but today it stopped loading halfway thru and froze up, I cannot seem to find out why it has stalled here, we have turned the machine off and on again twice, and tried loading files (that I know have worked) from other flash drives, but they all stall out at the same location. Any comments would be appreciated.
