Greetings all.
Please see attached pictures. We're trying to model a 45 degree bevel on the inside of a door panel, which used to work just fine. But the exact same model that used to work is now not giving us the results we want. Seems like the ballnose bit doesn't finish the job properly, leaving the ledges you see on the inside and outside of the model. We haven't changed our process, but it seems like maybe an update has caused this to happen. If anyone can shed any light on this, it would be appreciated.

Re: Modelling partially broken?
I can confirm this morning that it is the latest update to Profile Modeler that has caused the issue for us. I rolled back to v2.6, and the model turns out perfect.

Never mind...
another case of an issue not being thoroughly researched before reporting it. Disregard this thread... my foot is firmly planted in my mouth, and I'm not particularly enjoying the flavor...

Re: Modelling partially broken?
Looks like the problem, started at the end of the Day
Like Daniel, from programming, told me, one time,
8 hours a day, of programming and running the machine, is about all, anyone is good for.
After 10 hours, you will be lucky ,if you can get the machine, to start.
Good Luck
