I just noticed that a cabinet associated to a wall does not show on the LDE page. Would appreciate any info as to why this happened.

Try disassociating the cabinet from the wall the re-associate it and see if this fixes it.

Thanks for the reply Kerry. When I do that the cabinet disappears from the custom layout. Does this have something to do with the angled wall?

Associate the cabinet to the same wall that has the other cabinets, not the angled wall. When you do an elevation view, it only shows cabinets for a single wall. Any attached walls won't show.
