Hoops Error
An error occurred while loading HOOPS information from the saved file. I can open the file on my laptop, but not on my desktop. I copied the file from my laptop to a thumb drive and deleted the file on my desktop. It didn't load it. I can load all the other files I have been working on, except this one.

Re: Hoops Error
Might want to send the file to Thermwood so they can look at it.

Re: Hoops Error
Terry,
We can't get it to open here on any computer. I gave it to the software engineer, he extracted the .hsf data from the job and loaded it directly into HOOPS and it failed loading as well. If you resave the job as another name on your laptop so you have another copy, are you able to load it on your desktop? And for curiosity sake, did you save the original job directly to the flash drive, or save locally then copy to flash drive?

Re: Hoops Error
Thanks Clint. Okay, I did a job backup from my laptop and restored to my desktop. Didn't work. Then I renamed it on my laptop and copied it to my desktop and that worked. I just don't quite understand why though.
