Recovering a ESJ from a TWD

Possible? Accidentally saved over the ECabS file (.esj) for a job I cut out, but missed a few boxes. Opened the file to recycle some boxes and just dump out the cut file and the parts list, culling the bulk of the cabinets in the process. I have the twd for the first set, is there any way to recover the esj if it was not included in the last backup? I know this is a long-shot. This is how we learn better file discipline. :wall:
