Error in Part Editor

I am performing some cuts to the front of a drawer box in the part editor using a saved pattern.
Everything works fine until I return to the Cabinet Editor, and I get this error.

This part is fine as long as I don't add constraints and try to re-size the box in the Cabinet Editor.
If I resize, I get the error to remove part editor cuts, or remove the drawer box.

Aren't those error messages informative.

I've had these types of errors, on many occasions, and ended up just deleting the part and starting over. It wasn't worth my time to investigate why it was happening. Just one of those weird software gremlins....
