How can I make a lock tenon joint but without any fastener prep hole or mortise?
I do lock tenon with ZipR screws done with 1/8 dia. thru holes at each fastener point, the pattern being a hole.
For a basecab with tray divider partitions, we see no need for screwing thru to fix them in place, and ignore the thru holes. How can we delete the holes (or have then not generated in the file.)

Perhaps apply a Blind Dado to those edges, I think Blind dados don't have any Kds.For a basecab with tray divider partitions, we see no need for screwing thru to fix them in place, and ignore the thru holes. How can we delete the holes (or have then not generated in the file.)

Gene,
I created a KD hole pattern with no depth and called it NO RTA. I apply this as the KD fastener to parts I don't want a hole drilled.
For the pattern I just used the 1/8" through drill pattern like you are using and gave it no depth.
