I just noticed that phantom parts are showing up in drawings even though they are hidden in the room. Any way to fix this?

Re: Phantom parts
Forrest,
I think all parts of all cabinets will show up in the Line Drawing Editor even though they are phantom parts.
You have to hide them manually in your line drawings.

Re: Phantom parts
Thanks Kerry, that is definitely the way it looks. Seems wrong though. Can you think of a scenario that it needs to be hidden in the layout but not in drawings?

Re: Phantom parts
I have grown used to removing the Phantom Parts in the LDE so it doesn't bother me much.
Maybe they could add a Show-Hide Phantom Parts selection to the LDE like there is in Custom Layout and Render View to toggle them on and off if you need to see them while in the Line Drawing Editor.
I wouldn't want it to be necessary to return to Custom Layout or the Cabinet Editor to toggle them.

Re: Phantom parts
The problem I had was the cabinet was placed behind another so it was really hard to select the parts I wanted to hide. In the end I just left them and dealt with a few extra lines showing up. I think making them toggle on and off in LDE is the best option too.
