CS43 tool changer off set issues

CS43 tool changer off set issues
For a while now we have had issues with T3 not pushing fully down into the holder, now today we noticed T9 is doing the same thing. I have tried to get into the tool changer setup as I'm guessing each tool may have a different Z adjustment but the two standard passwords don't work. Anyone no the password for the tool changer setup?

Password should be toolman. If that doesn't work, get in touch with CNC Automation and they can get you default password files.
