I think it would be beneficial to have the option to turn off stickers/labels but still have the nest calculate and cut the off falls.
Are there any unseen pitfalls to this?

This can be done by modifying the label file so the off fall labels are not created, but the part labels are. You can reach out to CNC Automation for information regarding a custom label for what you are wanting.
