Can these be set as defaults when designing cabinets?
I'd like to have a default cabinet door, and associated with the door, a default hinge hole pattern. This, so that when doors are spec'd and placed on a cabinet front, they are the default style, and the hole pattern has placed the hinge mount holes in the cabinet sides.

Hey Gene,
Default doors, hardware and hole patterns are associated with each cabinet and not the door or drawer front.
Do your design or batch then select the cabinets and use the Global Item Modification (GIM) to change Doors, Hardware, Drawer Boxes and hole patterns. As a note, if you change depth of a base cabinet you will need to do the same to change slide length and hole pattern as they don't update automatically.
