Bar Wall
Here is the bar wall for a new \"hot spot\" I am currently working on. At the moment there are 11 sections to the wall. Now it's on to the cap and bar shelf.

cool
Is that primarily done by cutting out of display cubes?
Thats the only way I can figure to do true radius work on ecabs so far....
So I migrate to CAD when I need to generate a parts list for that kind of work...
Got any pointers on that one?
What do you make tha actual pieces out of...I got some litterature today in the mail from a panel company that makes flexible panels you can run veneer over....
I use 1/8 or frame up the radius and then skin it....sometimes i even cooper up MDF then veneer that....
Oh well.....another late night

David,
I am anxious to see the top on. Post some more pictures when you get it.
Roger,
If you are looking into \"Timber-Flex\" or \"Kerf-Core\" products to do your radius work I think you will like them. I use timber-flex for stuff like this.

I use flexible molding from http://www.flexiblemoulding.com and it looks like with the two products, there are no limits to what can be built.

The actual bar top we are having some gremlins with in the parts editor. the file was sent to the Thermwood programers in hope that they could fix it .But haven't heard back yet. Currently I am working on the 16ft. section of back bar. With my schedule!, thx to the good Lord that I have plenty of time on this one.
Will upload .jpgs as I get them approved........hehehe!
