Missing Ordered Parts and Don't Know Who to Call

I just ordered hinges and drawer slides for my fist project w/ eCab. The order was not associate w/ a job. I'm missing the catches that mount to the underside of the drawers for the Tandem plus w/ Blumotion drawer slides, and I'm not sure who to call. I tried calling the distibutor, but they couldn't help me. Do I call Thermwood Corporate, or is there a customer service number? Please advise.
