Hi Donald,
Your cabinet has a phantom left end.
I don't know how it got there, but it's a doozie. Hopefully Scott will take a look and might have some insight - but I'm sure he'll ask you how you got a cabinet to this state, if you can recreate the steps to reproduce this error.
I found the phantom by CS - uncheck left end, OK, then it shows a phantom part in yellow "image not found" that can be selected, but not removed.
I'm sure this does not help, but you may have to rebuild the cabinet from a fresh start and see if you can avoid this happening....

OK I got it.
Try the attached cabinet. Still don't know how the extra left end got there but I got rid of it and put in the stretchers.
I also changed your top stretchers to fixed shelves only because it was easier than constraining the stretcher.
Hope this helps,
jnr

Thanks Josh!!!

That is really weird how that phantom side got on there. I also noticed that somehow on the right side, the bottom and middle shelf were sticking through the right side even though those fixed shelves were set up with 1/4" deep dados. Sometimes computers just have their own way of doing things..... :?

Yeah, this would be a really great sample to have Thermwood look into - I'm anxious to hear if they can identify how the issue could be resolved.
All the best,

John Lashuay had this same problem quite a while back reported in This Thread
They must not have it fixed yet.
