Mark,

Here is what we have come up with. The one size will work with any size bit with the 10mil shank. The same tools that are in your standard line bore or hinge bore machine. You will need a 3/4\" collet. Here are a few pics with different bits. I think the last time I spoke with my uncle they could be made for $10 a piece.

I know I have at least one 3/4\" collet. Those holders certainly make sense for drilling opps. I'll have to catch up with you first of next week.
